PARISH ICE CREAM SOCIAL

We netted just over $4000.00  Once again we wish to thank John and Connie Fosdick, Jacqueline Kuchta and everyone who worked so hard to make our Social such a success. 
NEW PASTORS
In July the St. Wenceslaus and Immaculate Conception Parish families welcomed Msgr. Russell M. Bleich and Fr. Nils Hernandez as our Parochial Administrator and Pastor, respectively. An installation ceremony was held at Immaculate Conception on August 20.

Fr. Nienhaus' Going Away Party

Fr. Nienhaus Transferred

Fr. Nienhaus has been transferred to St. Cecilia Parish in Ames, effective July 11. Msgr. Russell Bleich will become the Parochial Administrator of both Immaculate Conception and St. Wenceslaus Parishes and Father Nils Hernansez will be the Associate pastor at both parishes. Msgr Glovik and Fr. Hess will continue to be on site offering their generous services as well. We wish Fr. Nienhaus all the best in Ames and will keep him in our prayers.

Moving for McAuley
Sat. Feb. 18

The 3rd annual "Moving' for McAuley" Mall Walk, presented by Panera Bread was held Feb 18. 100% of the proceeds raised go directly to the Catherine McAuley Center. Despite the bitter cold weather more than 800 participants made it to Westdale for this event. 
Congratulations to Derek Kemble, IC parishioner, who raised the most money by a student age 18 and under and was awarded a $50 savings bond for his efforts.

MIDDLE SCHOOL GAME SHOW NIGHT
Feb. 1
Middle school students from All Saints, St. Matthews, Immaculate Conception and St. Wenceslaus played Pictionary with categories related to their Religious Education classes.
